• Cultural & Artisan Variation: Our Kente fabrics are premium, authentically sourced products. Because many of our products are traditional and handwoven, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and size are inherent to the artisan process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly reflect the true color.

3. Pricing & Modifications

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product collection or service without notice.

• We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

4. Ordering, Billing, & Account Information

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines and costs are calculated at checkout and are estimates only.

• Customs and Duties: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

• Delays: Kente Fashion Life is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

• Eligibility: Due to the high-value, tailored, or cut-to-measure nature of certain fabrics, please review our strict policy regarding returns:

  • Custom-tailored items or fabrics cut to specific yardage requests may not be eligible for returns unless there is a clear defect.

  • Standard items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition with tags attached within [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property
